These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of travel.plotstay.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by oasisbooks.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service provides travel-related content (including UNESCO-related guides and location-based travel information) and may include links to third-party websites, including booking platforms and affiliate partners. At this time, the Service does not provide user accounts, logins, or newsletters.

References to UNESCO World Heritage are descriptive and informational only. The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by UNESCO.

You must be legally able to form a binding contract where you live to use the Service.

Some links on the Service may be affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase or booking, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you (typically). Pricing, availability, refunds, and booking terms are determined solely by the third-party partner.

We currently use Trip.com services and may expand to other common travel affiliate partners.

The Service may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, terms, availability, or performance. Your interactions with third parties are between you and the third party.

You agree not to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be submitted to the competent court in Korea with jurisdiction over the Operator.
